The Oak Tree Inn offers 42 bedrooms across the original inn and close-by cottages on the West Highland Way, in the stunning village of Balmaha on the banks of Loch Lomond

Our family business was established in 1997 and was formerly bestowed the title of Scotland’s Best Pub. We are proud to be the recent winners of Best Casual Dining in Scotland 2025.

We have live music on Thursdays and Sundays, plus a number of unique spaces for Meetings & Events, including The Bus and The Roastery

In the adjoining St Mocha Coffee Shop and Ice Cream Parlour, you will find Loch Lomond Coffee Co. roasting fresh coffee on-site

Sustainability, Circular Economy and the Race to Net Zero are at the forefront of our decision making as a family and as a business. We have 246 solar panels that power much of the site, including our EV charging points. It is our mission to remain ahead of the curve, to re-invest in our community, and continue to develop Balmaha as Loch Lomond’s Ultimate Destination
